Kim’s Chocolates has once again proven that food safety and quality are at the heart of everything we do. In our most recent unannounced audit cycle, we achieved the

At the same time, we successfully completed a customer audit from a future partner.
By consistently voluntarily choosing for unannounced BRCGS-IFS-AFSCA audits, we demonstrate that our processes meet the strictest standards every single day—not just when an audit is scheduled.
These achievements reflect the dedication and expertise of our entire team. We are proud of their commitment and will continue to uphold these high standards in the years to come.
About BRCGS and IFS
The BRCGS (British Retail Consortium Global Standard) Food Safety and IFS (International Featured Standards) Food are among the world’s most recognized certifications for food safety and quality. They assess, among others:
- organization and continuous improvement
- HACCP and quality management
- process and product control
- site and safety standards
- hygiene, training, and medical screening of employees
Their goal: protect consumers, strengthen product safety, and reduce waste, complaints, and recalls.
What is Autocontrole FASFC?
An Autocontrole audit is an inspection of the autocontrole system (ACS) by the FASFC (Federal Agency for the Safety of the Food Chain) or a recognized “certification body” (OCI). The aim is to verify whether a food company complies with the legal requirements for food safety, quality, and traceability.
